About the role
To promote and provide educational support for new nurses and interns to enable them to meet the mission of the Nursing Division through the development and provision of programs aimed at addressing orientation needs of staff.
This orientation comprises pre-assessment, competency based training and evaluation. In addition, the nurse educator develops programs aimed at providing needs based in- services and staff development, life support training and mock codes.
The nurse educator provides a culture of learning and achievement that is consistent with adult learning philosophy utilizing multiple learning strategies and modalities

What Qualifies You for the Role:
Minimum 5+ years GCC healthcare experience in a Clinical Educator role
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
BLS certification (mandatory) ACLS/PALS Certification preferred
Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required.
