Role Summary / Overview
The role will require you to build relevant and engaging campaigns on talabat owned CRM channels which will tie into increasing acquisitions, frequency and user retention.
As a Specialist, you will own and implement CRM campaigns on a country level for talabat. You’ll need to be flexible, performance-driven, able to work with tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done.
Role Scope
Monitoring performance of campaigns across different markets, CRM channels and topic areas of focus.
Identify top performing and poorly performing campaigns and determine reason for performance.
Synthesize insights into actionable slides and reports to go to stakeholders.
Implementing feedback loop with Local and Regional teams to enhance Direct Open/CTR on campaigns, highlighting top and poor performing send outs.
Monitoring campaign adherence to defined guidelines and highlighting repeat non compliance.
What Did We Order?
At least 2 – 3 years experience.
Comfortable working with SQL to generate ad-hoc insights.
Ability to synthesize data and develop convincing presentations.
with clear actionable takeaways.
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding and knowledge of the marketing funnel.
Previous experience in CRM, Marketing Performance role is a plus.
