Design content and deliver modules for new joiner induction, customer service, selling skills, product etc.
Conduct training to increase staff productivity on mainline products sales, services, exchange programs etc.
Prepare and publish monthly training calendar for product training, services, and soft skills training for retail.
Design and implement assessments (online and in-person) post training modules and publishing dashboards.
Develop coach-buddies and in-store retail trainers across E-max stores who will act as a training SPOC.
Partner with the Group L&D COE team to facilitate, deliver leadership programs for succession planning of critical toles in Retail and Office functions
MBA in HR, Masters/Bachelor’s in Psychology or a related field.
