Coordinator – Quality Control – (2300033A)
Description

Key responsibilities:

Spare Parts PO Creation: Movement of claim parts by doing transfer notes / purchase orders & ASNs. Co-ordinate with data entry team for the spare parts PO creation and liaison with imports team for ASN creation by checking the shipping documents
QMS System Update: Update the status in QMS as per progress of claim in coordination with QC executives
Supplier Co-ordination: follow up and get the shipping documents for the claim parts.
Co-ordinate to get SAJ approval of spare parts on time and to oversee timely release of TC-13
