We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at GEMS FirstPoint School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the school, enhance its image, and attract new students. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to engage them.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the school’s brand identity.
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Digital Marketing:

Manage the school’s social media platforms, website, and other online channels.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Event Management:

Plan and coordinate school events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with staff to ensure successful event execution.
Represent the school at educational fairs and community events.
Advertising and Public Relations:

Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media channels.
Write and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts.
Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with current and prospective students and parents.
Provide information and support to prospective families throughout the admission process.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Familiarity with graphic design tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
