Vehicle Testing & Registration
Under the general supervision of the Site Manager the jobholder is primarily responsible for greeting incoming customers genuinely/courteously, listening to their needs and offering guidance as to where the customers can finish their transaction.
-Carries out the service to the satisfaction of the customer.
-Meet and greet customers courteously with a smile.
-Getting familiar with the products/services that are being offered by Tasjeel and offer suggestions to satisfy customer needs while cross-selling our offerings.
-Handing over the customer’s advice and explaining the services and charges, when queried.
-Handing over tokens to customers when required and guiding customers to the waiting area.
-Capturing customer feedback (surveys) regarding our service levels and customer satisfaction.
-Swiftly looking into customer complaints and escalating concerns to the Assistant Site Manager where required.
-Floor management in order to offer customers a timely, efficient and pleasant experience.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
-Work experience of 1-2 years.
-Excellent communication skills
-Basic knowledge about vehicles and registration process will be preferable.
