JOB DESCRIPTION
Functional Accountabilities:
Very comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including all departments, services, outlets and Dubai
Is a source of information, help and assistance to all guests and colleagues
Ensures that main driveway looks immaculately clean at all times
Ensures that all guest are attended in time and avoiding potential complaints by acting pro-active and demonstrate a caring demeanour
Ensures to alert management in case of unusual high business volume and/or guest complaints
Ensure safe and secure working conditions for guests and colleagues
Adhere to all standards for welcome and farewell procedures.
To be aware of all fire prevention and safety regulations and procedures at all times
To report all emergency calls immediately to the management
Manages the arrivals of large coaches and stretch limousines
Ensure that all guest luggage is handled swiftly and safely
Ensure that standards are always maintained and improved at all times
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the management
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Physical Fitness, must be able to stand for extended time
Preferred previous experience as Doorman/Bell Attendant
Handling guest complaints at highest service levels
Dealing with high profile guests
2 years’ experience in a five star hotel in the Middle East
Knowledge of Dubai
Secondary School degree/Diploma
