Overview of the role:
The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives and ensure and monitor technicians meet, utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.
What you will do:
Supervise and assist in daily technician activity.
People management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.
Conduct performance appraisal for reporting staff.
Maximize technician work identification.
Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practice.
Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.
Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Customer management.
2.- Knowledge and working background in SAP system.
3.- Good communication skills.
4.- Supervisory experience.
About the Team:
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and will closely with the Workshop team.
What equips you for the role:
Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 5 years overall experience with automobile dealership – Out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Dept. as a Service Advisor.
Strong background in vehicle technical knowledge.
