Job Overview

AsAcquisition Officer – Business Bankingat Emirates NBD, your role is

To be responsible for increasing the customer base and liabilities book by acquiring NTB (New to Bank) customers through various internal & external sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

  • To Achieve Liabilities through Current Account Saving Account /Fixed Deposit
  • To Achieve monthly premium from selling Banc Assurance products and wealth products.
  • Ensure verification / authentication of documents being sent to Group Compliance for processing.
  • Assure all accounts openings are completed within the agreed TAT.
  • To provide quality customer service & ensure customer satisfaction & retention
  • To identify and initiate tie ups with consultants, to work closely with products team to close investments deals

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…

  • Graduate or Diploma
  • SME work experience – 2 to 5 years
  • UAE market experience (minimum of 2 years)
  • High conversant with accounts opening policies and procedures with adherence to compliance norms
